This website is operated by Secret Labs LLC. Throughout the site, "we", "us" and "our" refer to Secret Labs LLC. We offer this website, including all information, tools and services available from it, to you on condition that you accept these Terms of Service ("Terms") and the policies referenced here.

By visiting our site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms. They apply to all users of the site, including browsers, customers and contributors of content. If you do not agree, do not use the site. New features and tools added to the store are also subject to these Terms. You can review the current version at any time on this page. Our store is hosted by Shopify Inc. We sell only to customers in the United States.

Purchases made through a third-party marketplace (for example, TikTok Shop) are also governed by that marketplace's terms and policies.

1. Online store terms

You represent that you are at least the age of majority where you live. You may not use our products or the site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, or transmit any viruses or destructive code. Breach of these Terms may result in termination of your access.

  • We may refuse or cancel service for any lawful reason, including suspected fraud, misuse, breach of these Terms, or inability to fulfill an order.
  • Content you submit may be transferred over various networks as necessary to provide the Services. Payment-card information is processed by Shopify or the payment provider you select and is not stored by Secret Labs.
  • You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any part of the site without our written permission.
  • Headings are for convenience only.

3. Accuracy of information

Information on this site is provided for general information. We are not responsible if it is not accurate, complete or current. We may change site content at any time but have no obligation to update it.

4. Changes to the service and prices

Prices are subject to change without notice. We may modify or discontinue the site or any product at any time. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance.

5. Products, shipping and returns

  • Some products may be available only online and in limited quantities.
  • Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy.
  • Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
  • We try to display product colors and images accurately but cannot guarantee how your screen displays them.
  • We may limit sales of any product to any person, region or jurisdiction, limit quantities, and discontinue products at any time. Descriptions and pricing may change without notice. Any offer is void where prohibited.
  • Product use: our products are automotive care chemicals. Always read and follow the label directions and warnings, and the product's Safety Data Sheet (available from support@secretlabsusa.com), before use. Test on an inconspicuous area first and keep products out of reach of children.

6. Orders, billing and account information

We may refuse or cancel any order for any lawful reason and may limit quantities per person, household or order, including orders placed with the same account, payment method or address. If we change or cancel an order, we will try to contact you by the email address or billing address provided. We may limit or prohibit orders that appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information and to keep it updated.

7. Optional third-party tools

We may give you access to third-party tools we do not monitor or control. They are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties. Your use of them is at your own risk and subject to the provider's terms.

Links to third-party websites are not endorsements. We are not responsible for third-party content, products, services or practices. Direct questions about third-party products to the third party.

9. Comments, feedback and submissions

If you send us comments, reviews, ideas or other materials, we may use them in any medium without obligation to keep them confidential, pay you, or respond. We may remove content we consider unlawful, offensive or infringing. You are responsible for your submissions and agree they will not violate anyone's rights or contain malicious code, and that you will not impersonate anyone.

Our Privacy Policy governs personal information you submit through the store. If these Terms and the Privacy Policy conflict about the collection, processing or disclosure of personal information, the Privacy Policy controls.

11. Errors, inaccuracies and omissions

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Secret Labs LLC and its members, managers, employees, agents, suppliers and service providers from any third-party claim, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or third-party right.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is unenforceable, it will be enforced to the fullest extent permitted, and the remaining provisions remain in effect.

16. Termination

Obligations incurred before termination survive it. You may stop using the site at any time. We may terminate these Terms or your access if you fail to comply with them. You remain liable for amounts due.

17. Entire agreement

Our failure to enforce any right is not a waiver. These Terms and our posted policies are the entire agreement between you and us about the site and supersede prior versions. Ambiguities will not be construed against the drafting party.

18. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and applicable federal law of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

20. Subscriptions and recurring charges

  • Terms: subscriptions are offered at the intervals shown when you subscribe (for example, monthly).
  • Billing: by subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method at the interval you chose until you cancel. If a payment fails, we may pause or cancel the subscription.
  • Renewal: subscriptions renew automatically at the interval you selected until you cancel.
  • Cancellation: you can cancel at any time, either from the "manage my subscription" link in your subscription confirmation email, or by emailing support@secretlabsusa.com with the subject "Please cancel my subscription" and the name and email address on the subscription.
  • Refunds: refunds for subscription orders are handled under our Refund Policy.
  • Changes: we may change subscription terms and will give notice of significant changes.

21. SMS Program Terms

These terms apply if you enroll in text messages from Secret Labs.

  • Program: Secret Labs text messages may include offers, product news, reminders and order-related updates, as described when you sign up.
  • Consent: you enroll only by expressly opting in, for example by checking an SMS consent box or completing an SMS signup form. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Providing a phone number at checkout or for delivery does not enroll you.
  • Frequency: message frequency varies.
  • Costs: message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan.
  • Opt out: reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You will receive one message confirming your opt-out and no further marketing texts unless you enroll again.
  • Help: reply HELP for help, or email support@secretlabsusa.com.
  • Eligibility: available to U.S. mobile numbers only. You confirm you are the account holder, or have the account holder's permission, for the number you enroll.
  • Carriers: mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • Privacy: we handle your number and consent as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not share your mobile number or SMS consent with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
  • Changes: we may change or end the SMS program at any time; material changes will be communicated as required by law.
