Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. Refunds for 4-pack purchases will be processed for a maximum of 50% of the total purchase price, equivalent to the value of 2 bottles. This policy is designed to discourage misuse of our refund system, as well as to prevent abuse whereby customers could potentially receive additional product for free by exploiting the refund process. We encourage customers to try a single bottle before committing to a larger purchase to ensure satisfaction.
